Asia Top Broker another CMS site

1 Site goes live last night.. its 75% finish because I still need to add invitation Page..Now working on it..Hope can finish it by today..

Another website by me, Using CMS. Thanks to the CMS that i Manage to finish it early. If we fly back to year 2000, making a website will consume a lot of your time.

I remember that time, I’ve started to make a few website using Yahoo Page Builder, Homestead and Tripod. I created a few website. Even the speed is quite slow (56kbps modem that time). I manage to finish one website which i was using geocities address at geocities.com/shally87. The Site still there but it was the new one that i make early last year.

Within this 8 years, a lot of development happen. First was the HTML, then goes to PHP, ASP, JAVASCRIPT, XHTML ( I not sure which one goes first). Then there is a thing we call database like MYSQL. The existance of this scripting style (This is what i call them) contribute to lots and lots of things.

With their existance plus human ideas, then “geniusity” was created. Geniusity I mean here is all the script CMS that was created. First forum, It was so popular back then and until now i think it still very popular as people can contribute their idea there. Then Blog and full CMS script. It’s a lot of script right now. Some is software, some is freeware and some is opensource which you can help in it’s development. Which ever type it was, for me there is only one thing;

People like free stuff. Software will be popular at first but when freeware or opensource script came out, It will always them taking advantage of everything. Acually right now you can see the most popular software company Microsoft, if you see their latest tv advertisement, you can understand that they don’t really like world with lots of opensource and freeware. Right now if they make one product, people will copy it, and develop it further. It will be a money loss for a software company not only microsoft as people tends to try free stuff. So what i want to say was, if you are developing something, start it with a giveaway product. People will like your product, then they will tends to buy the paid product that has a better features. I’ve found a lot of all paid script. You know what i do? I just reject them all, there must be a lot free script out there that i can modified.

So, by this time as there is a lot CMS software, it will be easier to update your site or even to make a new website. The only thing you have to think now is how to make the design beautiful. Let the script handle all the scripting for your contents but you have to learn the scripting for the design. But when in the future, there is still some software for easy design. It will make things easier.

Anyway, thanks to this CMS. I’ll have to continue doing my stuff now.. Support me ok.
